Yin Yoga

This slow-paced practice can help to release tension in the body, soothe the nervous system, and improve flexibility and mobility. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, yin yoga is a great way to bring a sense of peace and calm to your body and mind. So why not roll out your mat and give it a go?
