These slow-paced, gentle practices will help to release tension in your body, soothe your nervous system, and improve flexibility and mobility. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, yin yoga & somatic movement is a great way to bring balance, peace and calm.
Tap into and activate your body's innate self healing mechanism that is always orientating back to homeostasis, to help heal chronic illnesses, tensions and stresses.
