Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. To respect the time and energy of our practitioners, please take a moment to read our cancellation and refund terms:​

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • If more than 24 hours’ notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking within the next 30 days.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may be subject to a charge for the full session.

  • To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Training Bookings & Refund Policy

  • Spaces on trainings are limited and are confirmed once a deposit or payment has been received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your place on the training.

  • If you are paying by instalments, you are agreeing to complete the full payment schedule.

  • The full training fee must be paid 2 weeks before the training date.

  • If you are unable to attend, payments already made are non-refundable. However, if sufficient notice is given and your place can be filled by another participant, your payment may be transferred to a future training.

  • In the unlikely event that the training is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a new date.

  • By booking a training, you agree to these terms.

Ohana Practitioner Gathering

  • Spaces for the Ohana Practitioner Gathering are limited and are confirmed once full payment has been received.

If you need to cancel your place:

  • Cancellations within 7 days of booking may receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before the gathering may receive a refund minus a £50 administration fee

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the gathering are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another suitable participant with prior agreement from the organiser.

  • In the unlikely event that the gathering must be cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future gathering.

 

This gathering is a small community retreat. Ticket prices are set simply to cover venue, food and organisational costs rather than to generate profit, we appreciate your understanding that late cancellations can significantly impact the event.
