breath coaching?
Breath coaching with me is about guiding you back to your body’s innate, effortless way of breathing. Through gentle somatic movement techniques, I help you unwind the layers of stress and trauma that often shape restrictive breathing habits, allowing your body to naturally restore balanced patterns without force or strain. This process not only retrains your system to breathe optimally on its own, but also deepens interoception - the ability to sense and feel what is happening inside your body. As interoception grows, you become more attuned to your needs, better able to regulate emotions, and more resilient in the face of stress. The result is a calmer nervous system, improved energy, and a greater sense of connection to yourself.
