My name is Ellise. My passion is helping people transform stress and anxiety through powerful self practices and bodywork. Over the years, I've seen and experienced how somatic techniques, massage, movement and breathwork has a profound positive impact on mental and emotional wellbeing. Within all of these tools I use, something incredibly important is creating safety - and at the heart of true safety is the presence of Sacred Love. This energy, whether we call it Divine Love, Universal Love, or Heart-Centred Presence, is what so many are missing in their lives and hearts. It’s the gentle force that allows healing to happen at the deepest level. When we feel this kind of love - safe, unconditional, and steady - the body can soften, the mind can settle, and true transformation begins.
