Returns
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
